Monk Cables

Monk Cables is a custom-built eCommerce website designed for selling networking and Ethernet cabling products. I developed the platform from scratch, focusing on a clean product browsing experience, category-based navigation, and responsive design for both desktop and mobile users.

My role included full-stack development, UI implementation, and backend integration for product management, cart functionality, and checkout flow.

One of the main challenges was handling product categorization and ensuring fast filtering of cable types and specifications. I solved this by structuring the database with optimized relationships and implementing dynamic filtering on the frontend.

Another challenge was making the design responsive for technical product tables, which I solved using flexible grid layouts and mobile-first styling.
